East Bay (Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano & Napa Counties)

About Our Community

The Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay, and through the Center for Jewish Living & Learning, works closely with area synagogues and agencies to coordinate local Jewish educational opportunities. There are over 2-dozen congregations in the East Bay, two Jewish Community Centers (JCC's), three Jewish Day Schools, and 14 preschools serving the East Bay Jewish community (estimated to be over 120,000).

The Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay is dedicated to building a vibrant and inclusive local Jewish community, and to enhancing the well-being of Jews in the East Bay, in Israel and around the world.
