About Our Community

The Jewish Community Association of Austin is the central organization of the Jewish community in Austin and Central Texas.  The JCAA enhances the quality of Jewish life in the greater Austin area and around the world, through charitable, educational, social service, cultural, religious and recreational endeavors.  The organization includes five main divisions:  JCAA Community Services (which fulfills the role of a Jewish Federation), the Jewish Community Center, Jewish Family Service, the Community Relations Council, and Jewish Life and Learning.  Located on the 40-acre Dell Jewish Community Campus, the JCAA houses a state-of-the-art fitness facility open to the Austin community. The organization provides a vast array of programs and services, from enrichment opportunities for all ages to support services for families, from health- and wellness-oriented programming to global philanthropy. The JCAA works to comprehensively address the needs of Austin's Jewish community in collaboration with area congregations, schools, and other organizations.
